Welcome to NYMMG.com (the “Website”), operated by MMG® Model, Talent & Celebrity Management (“MMG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

MMG® is a model, talent, and celebrity management company providing talent representation, management, development, casting, booking, and related entertainment-industry services.

By accessing, browsing, submitting information to, or otherwise using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Legal & Liability Policies and Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, applicants, talent, clients, and other individuals who access or interact with the Website.

1. WEBSITE PURPOSE

The Website is provided for general informational and business purposes, including information regarding MMG's talent management, modeling, acting, influencer, entertainment, casting, and related representation services.

Information presented on the Website is not intended to constitute legal, financial, tax, employment, immigration, medical, or other professional advice.

Nothing contained on the Website creates an attorney-client relationship, employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or other contractual relationship unless separately established through a written agreement executed by the appropriate parties.

Any representation, management, booking, employment, or other professional relationship with MMG is governed by the applicable written agreement, contract, deal memo, or other governing documentation.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF REPRESENTATION OR OPPORTUNITIES

Submitting photographs, digitals, resumes, videos, applications, portfolios, contact information, or other materials to MMG does not guarantee:

Representation by MMG;
Acceptance as an MMG talent;
A modeling, acting, influencer, entertainment, or management contract;
Auditions or castings;
Interviews;
Bookings or employment;
Compensation or income;
Client introductions;
Placement with another agency or representative; or
Any future professional opportunity.

All submissions are reviewed at MMG's discretion and may be accepted, declined, or retained for consideration in accordance with applicable law and MMG's policies.

MMG does not guarantee that any talent will receive a particular number of auditions, bookings, clients, income, placements, or other professional opportunities.

3. TALENT SUBMISSIONS

By submitting materials through the Website, you represent that:

The information you provide is accurate and not intentionally misleading;
You have the legal right and authority to submit the materials;
The materials do not knowingly violate the rights of another person or entity;
You have obtained any necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian when required;
The materials do not contain unlawful, malicious, or infringing content; and
You understand that MMG may review the submitted materials for talent-management, casting, representation, and business purposes.

Submission of materials does not require MMG to respond, provide feedback, return materials, or enter into a business relationship.

Nothing in the submission process creates an obligation for MMG to represent or otherwise engage with the submitting individual.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Website and its contents are owned by, controlled by, or licensed to MMG® and/or Vision Talent, LLC, or their respective licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

Text and written content;
Logos and trademarks;
Service marks;
Company names and branding;
Graphics and artwork;
Photographs;
Videos;
Audio;
Website design and layout;
Digital materials;
Marketing materials;
Original documents and content;
Software and functionality; and
The overall look and presentation of the Website.

MMG® is a federally registered service mark of Vision Talent, LLC.

Nothing contained on the Website grants you any ownership interest, license, or other right to use MMG's intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.

5. TRADEMARKS & BRANDING

MMG®, MMG Model Talent & Celebrity Management, and associated logos, names, marks, branding, and related identifiers may constitute trademarks or service marks owned by MMG, Vision Talent, LLC, or their respective owners.

Unauthorized use of MMG's trademarks, service marks, logos, branding, or other proprietary identifiers is prohibited.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use MMG's intellectual property without prior written authorization.

6. USER CONDUCT

By using the Website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MMG®, Vision Talent, LLC, and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

Your use or misuse of the Website;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law;

Your infringement or alleged infringement of another party's rights; or
Your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

MMG reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with such defense.

Your use of the Website is also subject to MMG's MMG® Data Privacy & Consent Policy, which explains how MMG collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information.

14. NO PROFESSIONAL OR EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer or guarantee of employment, independent contractor work, representation, talent management, booking, compensation, or other professional engagement.

Any employment, representation, management, booking, compensation, or other contractual relationship with MMG is governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.

Website content should not be interpreted as modifying, replacing, or overriding any separately executed agreement.

15. TERMINATION & ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

MMG reserves the right, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website or any Website functionality without notice where reasonably necessary for security, operational, legal, or other legitimate business purposes.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-related provisions—will survive termination or cessation of Website use.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms, together with MMG's Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the terms governing your use of the Website.

These Website Terms do not replace or modify any separately executed contract or agreement between you and MMG unless expressly stated in that agreement.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

MMG reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.

Revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated Effective Date. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
