This document outlines MMG®'s standard booking terms, policies, and client responsibilities applicable to bookings unless otherwise agreed to in writing. It is intended to provide clients with a clear understanding of our booking procedures, usage policies, payment terms, and applicable legal requirements, including compliance with the New York State Fashion Workers Act. By confirming a booking with MMG, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Usage: No images, likenesses, content, audio, video, or other material created, supplied, or captured in connection with the booking may be used with, fed into, uploaded to, reproduced by, or otherwise exploited through artificial intelligence ("AI") systems or technologies without the prior written consent of MMG and the talent. Any approved AI-related usage must be subject to separate discussion and written agreement, including additional fees and compensation.

Booking Terms + Conditions
Certain project types, including creator, influencer, UGC, licensing, or other specialty campaigns, may be subject to separate booking terms, usage rights, rates, cancellation policies, payment schedules, and deliverables as outlined in the applicable booking confirmation or agreement.

• Travel Booking Service: $50 service fee on airfare up to $499. $99 service fee on airfare of $500 or more.
• Cancellation Policy: On confirmed bookings; full booking fee within three (3) working days. Half booking fee within five (5) working days.
• Overtime Rates: Time-and-a-half calculations are based on an eight (8) hour day (i.e. 9:00 AM call time – 5:00 PM wrap time). For clients based in or jobs taking place in New York State, overtime is billed at 1.5x the applicable hourly rate once the model works beyond eight (8) hours in any given day.
• Lingerie Bookings: Applies to bras, panties, slips, pantyhose, boxer shorts, sleepwear, transparent or translucent garments, and similar articles. Agency approval and model consent are required prior to confirmation. One (1) hour minimum. Closed set required.
• Weather Permit: On confirmed bookings; all same-day cancellations are subject to half fee if services are immediately rescheduled. If services are not rescheduled, full fee applies. Weather permit cancellations made prior to the day of the booking are subject to the standard cancellation policy.
• Weather Permit Options: Book-or-release provisions apply when a secondary booking is ready to confirm.
• Usage Rights: Usage is limited to the specific rights granted (i.e. geographic territory, duration, number of images, media, platforms, etc.) and may not be extended without prior written approval and fee negotiation.
• Agency: A 20% agency service charge will be applied to billings unless otherwise agreed. A 2% monthly finance charge may be applied to invoices unpaid after thirty (30) days.
