MMG® is a federally registered service mark of Vision Talent, LLC, and MMG operates under the applicable business and legal entities associated with its operations.

This Privacy Policy explains how MMG collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information obtained through our website, talent applications and submissions, communications, management services, business relationships, and other interactions with MMG.

Talent materials may be shared with clients, casting professionals, production companies, photographers, brands, agencies, representatives, and other industry professionals when reasonably necessary to pursue or facilitate potential opportunities, castings, bookings, placements, or other professional engagements.

By submitting talent materials to MMG, you acknowledge and understand that such materials may be reviewed and shared for legitimate talent-management and business purposes consistent with this Policy and any applicable agreement between you and MMG.

5. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

MMG may maintain photographs, videos, portfolios, digitals, comp cards, and other talent-related materials submitted by or created for talent.

Where permitted by applicable law and any applicable agreement with the talent, MMG may use such materials for:

Casting submissions

Publicity and promotional activities relating to MMG or represented talent

Any use that requires separate authorization under applicable law or an applicable contract will be subject to the appropriate authorization.
